Ephemeral Shadows
‘Where is she?’
Misery is counting down days to death and watching the world end
from the tiny window of her cell but that is the least of her worries.
Universe be damned, the only woman she cares about is
somewhere in the heart of the chaos and there is no way to reach
her. For the first time in eons, Misery is realising what it means to
fear.
‘World be damned’
Death has turned the world upside down, she has bent reality and
walked to Hell and back looking for her eons long companion.
Death is starting to realize that perhaps love may not always look
like passion. It could also mean loyalty.
With the fate of the world resting on her shoulders, Death has been
pushed to her knees and she has to make a choice between the
world and her fated companion.
The world will burn in the wake of her wrath.
